Happy Sunday! This week has been a busy one, more DIY has been done and a family day out and it has exhausted me, so much so that I couldn’t get myself out of bed for the majority of the day, which absolutely sucked but is something that comes a lot after busy weeks.
As you may have seen previously this week I have completely transformed my kitchen into something that looks like it has just come out of a cute little cottage. You can see more here.
We also went to our local wildlife park this week, Woodside. As I am every time I visit I was disappointed by the visit. For the price, it’s really not worth it and honestly, I still think the animals look utterly miserable.
The most enjoyable part of the day was when we got caught in an impromptu thunderstorm. Me, my brothers and sister Nicola had the most amazing time making our own fun by shooting slow motion running videos in the torrential rain and acting like absolute childish loons. I did manage to get some quite nice photographs of the new butterfly house though. That was probably my most favourite part.
I hope you enjoyed these photographs as much as I enjoyed taking them. It’s really great to finally feel connected to my camera again having majorly losing the will to live when it came to photography. Now I feel like I’m coming back with a vengeance.
I also want to apologise for this post being quite short and not that chatty… I’m still feeling rather tired.
Have a great week!
